Having worked in Sydney, Hong Kong, New York and London, the team bring design elements from living around the world, to build communities that people love to live in, and investors are proud to be part of.

The challenges of affordable housing in desirable urban locations for working professional has resulted in a growing demand for co-living homes. A need that in our post lockdown world reinforced that we are social beings who thrive on interaction and inspiration from others. We believe passionately about creating environments that stimulate new ways of working and living.

Via our network of like-minded co-living partners, we are building communities that not only change the way we live, but inspire the way we work and build connections.

Wilson has a background in financial services and consulting. He was a co-owner of a mortgage management business in Australia and held senior management consulting roles across Asia-Pacific. Kate is a corporate psychologist with a passion for the Future of Work with an interest in how our work and living spaces shape our lives, our health and our potential.

Kate, a partner in a global management consulting firm and Wilson with 20 years experience in finance, bring a wealth of knowledge from the corporate world that fosters collaboration in all they do.

Their training allows them to have a strong command over development numbers and they appoint professional teams to achieve the best outcome in every project.

Having previously worked in New York, Sydney and Hong Kong, they draw design inspiration from cities they’ve lived in.
